How will my parcel be delivered, and how long does delivery take?

We are working with local ateliers and craftsmen and the production process may take 8-12 days and the delivery time 2-6 days depending on location.

Can I make any changes to my order now it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. However, it may be possible to cancel the order, if you call our customer service team within one hour of making the purchase.

We work with limited stock and pre-order. Please note that maybe your purchased item is not currently in stock and it may take up to 14 working days for us to create and dispatch your order. The number of days for shipping will be calculated from the time the order is completed.

How do I make a return?

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your parcel to us on your charge. Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be sent a confirmation email to let you know. You can also exchange it for a different size.

How long do my return and refund take?

Returns take a maximum of 14 days to reach our warehouse and be processed for a refund. Once this has been done, you’ll receive a return confirmation email to let you know. If you haven’t received confirmation after 14 days, please contact customer service here with your proof of return and a list of the items returned. Please read our Return terms.

Important information on returns

Please download the NOD COLLECTIONS Return Form, fill it and send it to

  1. We recommend that you complete the online Return Form within 2 days after receiving the products.
  2. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
  3. All products that come in their own box must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
  4. Contact a courier of your choice to pick up the package – we only accept door to door service. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at our location within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and at your own expense.
  5. Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. NOD COLLECTIONS reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email and the package will be sent back to you. For more information, please read our Terms of Return.

What is the term to do the exchange or return?
The exchange or return period is 15 days from the date of receiving your purchase.

How should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
Contact us and we will solve the problem as soon as possible. NOD COLLECTIONS reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.


The deadline for making a claim for transportation damages or shortages of merchandise will be 5 days from receiving it, or at the same moment you receive it by sending us an email at

What quality can I expect from NOD COLLECTIONS products?

Quality is very important to us. Offering timeless pieces, we want our product to last beyond the season.  With the right care, we expect our pieces to remain a part of your wardrobe for years.

Do NOD COLLECTIONS offer maternity sizes?

While we don’t have a specific maternity range, some of our garments are designed with more relaxed and comfortable fits. You can find more information on the fit of the product in the description and in our size guide below. We always welcome feedback on our collections.

We value good quality, design products, fabrics and we work with local talent, craftsmen and ateliers on a made to order basis to avoid leftovers, reduce waste and overproduction. Also, we keep our packaging in minimum quantities for the previous reasons.

We aim to develop a long-term relationship based on respect, honesty and clarity with our suppliers, local talents, craftsmen and support the local economy. This way we all can contribute, learn and innovate.

Our fabric suppliers are mainly local or based in Europe. We value their ethics, values and the quality of their products. All our products are manufactured in good conditions by local talents.

Longevity and materials

It’s our aim to develop and produce timeless design and good quality garments that can be passed to the next generation.

The design, high quality, longevity and functionality are very important to us. So we carefully choose the fabrics to meet our design and quality standards. Each garment is carefully made and we encourage our clients to maintain them in good conditions, look after their products and avoid unnecessary lavage or ironing. We strongly recommend donating an item before discarding them.
